Brussels sprouts
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Montreal steak seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Cut Brussels sprouts in half and place in bowl
Toss with olive oil until lightly coated
Add salt and pepper to taste, and toss again
Spread evenly on baking sheet
Sprinkle with Montreal seasoning (or your favorite steak seasoning)
Bake for 45 minutes or until edges start to turn brown
