Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Simple, easy side dish perfect for any occassion!

Ingredients
  

  • Brussels sprouts
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Montreal steak seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Cut Brussels sprouts in half and place in bowl
  • Toss with olive oil until lightly coated
  • Add salt and pepper to taste, and toss again
  • Spread evenly on baking sheet
  • Sprinkle with Montreal seasoning (or your favorite steak seasoning)
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until edges start to turn brown
