So you’re shopping for a little girl gift ideas for Christmas but aren’t sure what to buy? Or maybe you are trying to avoid ordinary, expected gifts and instead are looking for unique, special presents that are high-quality? It can be stressful trying to think of “just the thing” for a toddler’s Christmas gift. I’ve been in that boat many times. As a mom of three girls (currently ages 14, 10, and 4), I have had a little one under my roof for over a decade! (how did that happen!? lol) I have deep knowledge to share with you on favorite special gifts our girls have received over the years. In this post, you’ll get that “best of the best” list – and also a few presents I am planning to give our four-year-old this holiday season!

Dolls
Cuddle+Kind dolls: These are the softest dolls. Ever. My four year old has the lamb and doggy, and they are by far some of her most loved stuffed toys. Plus, every purchase helps to fight childhood hunger.
Meri Meri mini suitcase: Portable and darling, which are two major boxes to check. Each mini suitcase comes with a mini doll and accessory. My toddler adores these. She has a little collection that she sets up like a village. However, she’s also happy to just play with one at a time, in the car or on-the-go to one of her older sister’s activities.
The Kind Doll: The story behind this brand is amazing. Definitely a girl-power moment! My daughter was gifted The Joy Doll and absolutely adores her.
Dress Up and Pretend
Meri Meri super hero costume: My daughter loves playing dress up, and this is one of her favorite costumes. It comes with a beautifully made cape, wrist cuffs, and mask. 10/10 recommend!
Fairy wings and headband: I ordered this as a gift to give my little girl this year. Knowing how amazing other Meri Meri costumes are, I have no trouble recommending this sight unseen.
Star wand: This is another gift for my little one, likely a stocking stuffer. It will go perfectly with the fairy wings!
Wood circus set: When packaging is part of the toy, it’s a winner in my book. The box for this circus set not only contains the pieces when they’re not in use, but also becomes the big tent backdrop!
Hair bow subscription: When my youngest was a baby, we had a subscription to Little Poppy Co. bows. Each month, we received 3 boutique-quality bows sized perfectly for a baby. I paused the subscription for a while, but recently restarted so we can build a collection of the larger bows that are a better fit for a toddler. Any little girl (and her mama!) would LOVE to have a monthly bow delivery. Therefore, highly recommend gifting a subscription.
Books and Games
The Sound of Magic: Cinderella book: Not only are the illustrations precious, this book has an interactive component. As you read, there are cues to touch the wand that comes with the book onto the page. The wand triggers sound effects to enhance the story. The only problem we have is waiting for those cues! đ
Where is Claris seek & find book: Another household favorite, my toddler got this as a Christmas gift last year, along with the original Claris book and doll. The three items together would be a perfect gift for any little girl!
Tea Party Game by eeBoo: Pretty much you cannot go wrong with eeBoo games or puzzles. They’re unique, sweet, and thoughtfully designed. Of all the ones we own, the Tea Party Game is by far the fav among all my girls.
Little People, Big Dreams sticker book: We are big fans of the Little People, Big Dreams book series. For instance, I am planning to order this sticker book, along with a new hardbound book for our collection to put under the tree this year.
“Big” Presents for Little Girls
Crate + Barrel tool bench: We gave this toy tool bench to our youngest when she turned two, and she still plays with it to this day – now nearly 5 years old. It comes with a ton of pieces and has held up incredibly well given the amount of playtime.
Cottontail Cottage doll house: When she turned 4, my daughter was gifted this adorable doll house. I appreciate that everything is nicely made and feels high quality. No plastic here!
Pottery Barn Kids jewelry dresser: My older two daughters have these jewelry dressers personalized with their first names, and it’s probably time my youngest gets her own! They’re a unique shape and have lots of storage room. Definitely a gift they can grow into and use throughout their childhood.
