With three daughters (currently ages 17, 13, and 7), we’ve been celebrating Halloween with kids for nearly two decades. Through the years, one of our favorite traditions has been making and delivering boo baskets to neighbors. Today, I’m sharing our cute boo basket ideas for this year’s treats. Also, when you sign up to receive my emails, you’ll get a boo basket printable PDF that includes this adorable boo flag, you’ve been boo’ed instruction card, and we’ve been boo’ed sign. Cute Boo Basket Ideas
This year’s boo basket started with a fun cauldron basket, which would also be perfect for candy on beggars night. Then, I layered beige creepy cloth on the bottom, letting it drape over the sides. This exact one I found at Dollar Tree, but I’ll link to something similar. Then, for the food treats, I included a bag of Lesser Evil popcorn, Halloween Peeps, and a DIY cookie house kit. Filling up most of the basket is an adorable skeleton bat pillow, along with a small pack of paper bat decor. Lastly, I love these darling Halloween bracelets as a useful non-food treat.
