Cranberry Orange Gin Spritz Winter Cocktail
Ingredients
- Cranberry juice
- Orange juice
- Gin
- Prosecco
- Rosemary
- Cranberries
- Ice
Supplies
- Coupe glasses
- Cocktail shaker
- Shot measurer
- Velvet ribbon (for tying a bow on the glass stem)
- Pitcher (if pre-mixing the juice for a batch)
Batch Directions
For a crowd, you can pre-mix the juice to cut down on the time it takes to make a drink. Mix 4 parts cranberry juice to 1 part orange juice in a pitcher and chill.
Then, in a cocktail shaker, mix over ice:
- 2 oz gin
- 4 oz of pre-mixed juice
Next, pour into a coupe glass and top with prosecco.
Lastly, garnish with rosemary and cranberries. I like to have a few floating cranberries along with a rosemary sprig that has a cranberry at the end – just as an extra cute touch.
Individual Glass Directions
In a cocktail shaker, mix over ice:
- 2 oz gin
- 3.5 oz cranberry juice
- .5 oz orange juice
Next, pour into a coupe glass and top with prosecco.
Lastly, garnish with a rosemary and cranberries.
