This pink mocktail recipe is a twist on a French 75. Made with non alcoholic gin and alcohol-free sparking rosé, I love the frothy, pretty aesthetic – and it tastes delicious too. It would be perfect for a girl’s night, a Galentine’s celebration, a baby shower, or a bridal shower.
There are a few steps to making one. So if you’re serving it to a crowd, I would pre-muddle the raspberries and use bottled lemon juice to cut down on the time it takes to make each one.
Served in a gorgeous fluted coupe glass (which to be honest is so lovely that I think it makes everything taste better lol), your guests will enjoy sipping their pink mocktail in style.

Pink Mocktail Supplies
To make this mocktail twist on a French 75, you’ll need a few barware supplies.
Most importantly, a cocktail shaker. I bought mine at Home Goods, but here is a link to a similar one. I tend to stick with gold barware and keep adding to my collection as I find designs I like.
The next supply you need is a jigger to measure the liquids. My gold one is from Viski. It’s an investment but totally worth it. I received it as a gift and love having it on display when it’s not in use because it’s such a nice shape.
One optional supply is gold garnish picks (similar). It’s great to have these on hand to reuse instead of toothpicks.
Lastly, you need stemware. I used a swoon-worthy ribbed coupe glass from CB2. Oh. My. Goodness. This glassware is EVERYTHING I hoped it would be. It was on my wish list for forever, and I finally received it as a gift. They are pure perfection.
Pink Mocktail Recipe Ingredients
I found most of these supplies at my local wine and liqueur store. However, the elderflower syrup can be ordered from Amazon if you prefer. Additionally, the raspberries and lemon juice I got in my weekly (okay nearly daily) Target drive-up pickup order.
- 5 raspberries (plus more for garnish)
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz elderflower syrup
- 2 oz non-alcholic gin
- 1 oz non-alcoholic sparkling rosé
Easy Pink Mocktail Instructions
First, muddle approximately 5 raspberries in the bottom of your shaker. I used an old wood muddler. However, here is a link to a similar option in case you don’t have one in the back of your kitchen drawer like I did. haha.
Next, add a couple of ice cubes to the shaker and pour the lemon juice, elderflower syrup, and non-alcoholic gin onto the ice. Put on the lid and shake until well combined and a froth has formed.
Next, strain the mixture into your coupe glass and top with non alcoholic sparkling rose.
Lastly, garnish with more raspberries on a gold pick.
All that’s left to do is sip and enjoy!
